Welcome to Dustbowl MUSH
Set in the mid 1880s, Dustbowl MUSH takes place in and around the town of New Jericho, located to the south-east of Flagstaff, in the expanse of the Arizona desert. A small, rough and tumble town, sometimes rivaling Tombstone to the south, New Jericho has benefited to some extent from the Silver rush. Unfortunately, it's also seen more than it's share of trouble, with at least two large gangs of outlaws in the region.
Dustbowl MUSH is a game intended to capture the gritty, and sometimes violent feeling of the 'Spaghetti Westerns' as well as other films inspired by them. It is a place where lfe is cheap, where looking at a man wrong could lead you to a showdown in which your very life could be in danger. If you've ever seen any of Sergio Leone's classic westerns, or the films of Franco Nero, then you know the feeling we're striving for.
